The RMMN believes it is crucial that pastors start planning for retirement. That is why we created the Empower Initiative and this Retirement Essentials course. The course consists of 12 modules with a creative mix of teaching, expert guests, discussion, and interactive exercises that will take the complexity out of starting a retirement account and empower you with knowledge and wisdom. The course is self-paced and will take about three hours to complete. Those who finish the course will be able to download a certificate of completion that can be presented to your church board or participating Network for any incentives they may offer.  Those from the Rocky Mountain Ministry Network who complete the class will be awarded a $250 deposit into their new retirement account with the Church Extension Plan.
